What does that look like to you?
Not very easy and simple?
Everything starts from the beginning and the future of you and your team depends on it.
As you learn in the beginning, so it will be in the future.
It is difficult to change the learned habits later.
If you learn at the beginning that everyone works for themselves, then your future in SFI is very problematic.
Why do I think and know that?
Each of us has been in some trouble and bad life situations.
Whenever we had some support in the family or with friends, then we overcame and solved such unpleasant events easier and simpler.
This is exactly the case in SFI.
A good team solves all problems and unpleasant events.
The team is in fact your second family and so you treat it with the dignity and respect of all team members.
Teach your member that only in a team can he succeed.
Teach your member that helping your member succeed is in fact your own success.
Teach your member that success comes when your member starts earning in SFI.
Such a member who has gone through that way of learning and working will also pass it all on to his team members.
Help new team members just as your mentor helped you get started in SFI.
Of course, the results may not be immediately visible to you, but in the long run, they will certainly be more cost-effective than before.
It is best to compare this with, say, olives.
When we plant olives, regardless of the type and our care for them in the first year, there is no fruit or yield.
But we still have to take care of our olives no matter what.
and in the second year, the yield is very bad ..... in the third year the first higher yields appear ........ that only from the fifth year the olive tree will shine and reward us for all the effort of previous years.
After 5 years, you will reap the fruits of your work, attention, and care for the olive tree for many, many years to come.
So it is with team building.
The team is not formed overnight but is built over the years on very stable and long-term foundations.
Team = honesty, truth, work, and communication.
